If I want my breasts perkier and a bit smaller?
Should I get a breast lift or a breast reduction? I don't think I can afford both. Which one would get me the best results for what I want? Please answer if you have first hand knowledge.

99.9% of the time a breast lift is included in the reduction. the other 0.1% is just plastic surgeons wanting more money from you.
I had a breast reduction with lift Feb 2006 and it was covered 100% by my insurance. I did not have to provide documentation, my PS only provided what pictures he took and his notes as well as a letter to my insurance company.
