Little red bumps...?
I noticed a couple of days ago that I have little red bumps, sort of like acne or "diaper rash", on my bum. They aren't painful, or itchy, but they aren't very attractive. Any idea what could cause this or a way to treat it?
(Yeah, got it, doctor, but besides that?)

oh, geez. i've had these for a decade! honestly, i don't shower every day. more like every other. and i wear new, clean underwear everyday, but rewear my pants several times so they're usually dirty. and when i wear thongs they don't cover me bum!
so, the first answer, would be for me to wash my pants or my body more, which i refuse to do. so instead...
when i do shower (every other day) i use an acne scrub (like st. yve's apricot) on my booty. and i also exfoliate w my sloofah with the usual body wash i use everywhere else. and most days i don't shower (sometimes after too) i use one of those stridex or oxy pads? and let it dry on my bum before i put underwear on. when i (rarely) have "zits" that are a little painful, i use a strong zit cream.
