Loose weight?

Ok Im 4'9 and 23 yrs old before i had my 2 kids i was 86 lbs normal weight especially for my height. Now that I have 2 kids i have gained weight drastically Im obese so what can I do to shed lbs n be fit not as skinny as I use to be but just to be healthy.

The best advice for anyone trying to lose weight is diet and exercise. Monitor what you eat, and try not to have too much fat (especially saturated fat), sugar, hydrogenated oils, fried foods, or white bread/pasta. You don't have to cut everything out. I don't believe in that. But try switching to wheat bread and nonhydrogenated shortenings. Everything in moderation!

Try getting your heartrate up through cardio-exercise about 30 minutes every other day. (Every day, if possible! That just may not be possible for some people.) Any exercise is better than no exercise at all! Try taking walks with your kids or joining a women's gym.

It can be tough to stick with a program, but have some diligence and stick to it, and I guarantee you will see results. Best of luck to you!
