What is the best pill to take when having menstrual cramps?
Answers:
Aleve actually is stronger then midol and pamprin in taking away cramps- at least that's what my gyno told me. But if you had to pick between pamprin and midol i would pick midol for sure! i get the worst cramps every month and pamprin doesn't even help me one bit but midol always does the trick. But that's only if i'm out of Aleve. :)
