How do i lose more weight i was 200lb and now i'm 185 but i can't seem to loose !


Question:

How do i lose more weight i was 200lb and now i'm 185 but i can't seem to loose anymore. why???

i exercise 1hr a day 5times a week i drink lots of water 10 8oz or more. but for the last month i've weight the same 185lb and i can't seem to loose more pounds. my ideal weight is 140lb. what i'm i doing wrong

Pump up your water.
Change up your exercise routine. If you're stuck in a rut doing the same thing, try something different.
Start journaling your food, maybe you're eating something that's an offender that you just don't realize.
