It says specifically not to use it in that area, for good reason because if you get any inside your vulva or on the perineum it can sting, irritate and trigger off infection - look at the ingredients in Veet you'll see a lot of chemicals that are potentially very risky to health in general as well as being skin irritants.

Pubic hair is too thick to be removed effectivly, if you do for whatever reason want to remove your pubic hair then it is best either plucked or waxed and make sure to care for the area to prevent ingrown hairs or irritation - e.g. soothing lotion, making sure not to allow any into the inner labia/inner vulva.

Veet or similar products just make pubic hair rubber-like, which makes it look messy as the left over hair cannot be removed as easily when it is rubbery. The left over bits of rubbery hair can be very irritating as well as not very attractive.

Bare in mind most women have hair around the edge of their inner labia, although Veet may not harm the skin on the outer labia, the inner labia is made up of mucus membrane so more prone to irritation, infection and chemicals in Veet can penetrate into the body easier. In short even if you used Veet to get rid of pubic hair you'd not be able to use it on the inner labia so you are likely to have hair left over.

Veet also has a habbit of sticking to skin, thus making it hard to wash off not only increasing irritation and infection in that delicate area but it has the potential to act similar to Vasaline if you get that into your vagina - allowing bacteria and dirt to stick around.
