I'm pro choice, but i have a question. when is partial birth abortion neccessary?

isn't the fetus already half way out when this procedure is performed? can anyone give me good, solid websites that explain the pros/cons of it as opposed to the other methods? thanks heaps!

dont do partial birth abortion! its mean and cruel. They can feel it. think about it...would you want that done to you?
