Why do I feel dizzy?
Hello everyone I'm 21 years old, and a mother to a beautiful 14 month old daughter. I'm currently breastfeeding and loving it, i don't drink or do drugs...I woke up this morning and felt very dizzy, while I was still laying in bed...it felt like the "spins" that you get if you drink to much...I felt fine when I went to bed last night. I got out of bed slowly and I still felt dizzy, I've been out of bed for about 30 minutes and I'm still feeling a little dizzy...any suggestion on what could be causing this? Thanks!

Yeah I'm eating some cereal right now....it doesnt feel like a hungry dizzy....its strange
Answers:
Go to a drugstore and check your blood pressure. It could be too high or too low. Most drugstore have machines you can use for free. Take at least three readings and wait until you feel rested.
If this is not the cause, maybe you have anemia. Go to a doctor and get blood and urine tests.
