Help! I got my first period friday night so it's been 4 days. I am going to a lake today and I will be tubing and water skiing..etc. Do I have to use a tampon if I will be in the water? Can I use a tampon since it is my first and I don't know how long it will last? thx!!!
ooh and I only have regular and super tampons at my house and can't go out to buy more

Yes use a tampon. Use regular ones and try to relax, the first time using them can be a little difficult.
