only in certain spots, and i have changed my sleeping methods, and less sleep, my breast hurt,back, and easy moody what' wrong? i feel something moving side to side in my belly when can you start feeling what's in side not so much as a kick, but movement form a baby

that doesnt sound good...I suggest going to the doctor immediately...if its your side that's hurting it could be your appendix...
