Help? In shape out of shape!?

I get tried, out of breath, and sweat easily. In anything activity I do I get tried. I'm in my early 20's and average size. I'm not overweight but I eat a lot of unhealthy food from fast food places. I do eat vegetables and fruits but fast food is one of the main foods I eat. How can I gradually stop eating fast food? Will vitamns help me? Thanks

I know I'm out of shape within and fast food is so addicting. I do exercise. I dance a lot which is apart of my job but that doesn't seem to help alone but it has kept my weight down.

Well you already know you gotta stop eating fast food, so just try to reduce your fast food to once a week, then to two weeks, then to a month or less. Nothing is better than eating food that is made at your home,if you can afford to buy fast food, you can afford to buy groceries. You can pre cook your meals and store them in the refrigerator or freezer for the next following days, it'll save you alot of time! And for the vitamins, nothing is better than getting your vitamins from actual foods like meats, fruits and vegetables, because they absorb better, you get the perfect amounts, and they all work better together as they are processed through your body. Unlike vitamin pills which most of the time not all or enough of the vitamins are processed, but if thats the only way you can get your vitamins for now then go for it, it will help out a little. And the fast food is the cause of the way you are feeling, so eat healthy. oh and try to work out at least three times aweek for about a half an hour at least.
