Is it normal if hurt when you sit down while you have your period? I dont know anything about my period because i just started today and my mom does not know why it hurts for me to sit down

it doesn't sound normal. it may just be from bad cramps or something more serious. go to your doctor asap and get it checked out. try and just lay down until you can get to the dr. it may help.
