Can you get a rash on your upper vagina from shaving, sunburn, creams, or what?!

Question:

Can you get a rash on your upper vagina from shaving, sunburn, creams, or what?

I recently went tanning after not going for two weeks, I burned a little bit in certain spots (back, face, etc.). I later took a shower and shaved my pubic area, which I haven't done for a few days, and also used a new shaving cream. A couple of days later, I noticed my vagina is red and his little bumps here and there and feels sore, itches and burns, it is not on my labia though. What could this be from- sunburn, shaving, allergic reaction to the cream, a combination, or what? Or could this be an STD (I haven't had sex in over three months)?

Answers:

It could be from shaving and such but since you have little bumps, you should consult your doctor to make sure it's nothing else that took time to grow.
