Losing weight?

Okay I'm 14 and I'm around 5'4 and like 138lbs with a belly that doesnt hang over, just kind of sticks out. I do go to the gym twice a week but the thing is is that I eat fast food a lot and drink a lot of soda/pop I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to stop eating so much fast food and how to lose about 10 pounds?

try to cut down that non healthy stuff. you have to say to yourself "will this help me accomplish my goal?" eat stuff like yogurt or a low calorie chewy bar for a snack. (special k is good) you can even keep a little food diary. (i know it sounds funny) and write down everything you eat that day. another good thing to do is cut down portions of meals. for example no "seconds". drink lots of water too. let's say you've just eaten and you're stomach is growling, drink some water instead. that fills me up all the time. i think bread and flour are some things to cut down on too. if i go out to eat then i always order water to drink. and another thing you can do is share a meal with someone.
