How can you shorten you're period??
Hi, I'm 14 and I bleed very heavily, I was wondering is there anything to shorten my period? Or make me bleed only lighter. I'm very scared of tampons and pads just suck, but I can deal but I just hate how my period last for 7 days. And when I'm older and have 1-3 kids I'm going to get the er, what ever causes a period taken out or something......

Your body is still growing and when you get older you may not have such a heavy period that lasts so long. Don't worry about it, it's uncomfortable but it will probably still change. There are options but you're too young to do that right now and your body may be affected by it in negative ways. Let your body do what it needs to and don't try and change its natural flow. Try and see positives. Wait a few years and you'll see how good things will turn out.
