Really bad mood swings...?!


Question:

Really bad mood swings...?

I was just wondering... is there anything I can do about mood swings? About a week before my period, I get really emotional- cry every night, get depressed about anything, etc...

I don't really want to be like that anymore. Has anyone experienced this? What did you do?
