Is this bad or normal?!

Question:

Is this bad or normal?

I have had my period since I was 8 years old. My breast were fully grown by the 5th grade and I am having a huge problem. Am a teenager and I have only had one boyfriend and all he wanted was sex. I turned him down and broke up with him. Now, I find myself getting horny a lot. I heard of people who's body growth is kind of accelerated. Could this be happening to me or is this some how normal?
I'm scared that one day a guy might try to seduce and my hormones my get the best of me..

Answers:

Recent research has shown that girls are reaching puberty much earlier. Which can be tough if you are not ready for the things that you will likely encounter-like boys' hormones. Can you talk to your mom about it or your school nurse? Or an aunt even? An older woman you trust? They have all been there. Many girls have the additional problem of getting breast early on. It's quite normal-so don't worry about that! You were right to say no to your boyfriend-congratulate yourself. You are on the right path to making sound decisions about how you want to use your body. Boys will try to seduce-their hormones are surging too and it's natural. But no matter if you are sexually aroused or not, you can always say no. Say it firmly and sooner than later. Only you can set your boundaries and what you are comfortable with. If boys cannot accept that they are not the ones for you. There are plenty that will respect you -hold out for one of them. You are worth it! When you feel you are ready for the emotional part of having a relationship then you can re-think what's comfortable for you. And remember you are not likely to find Mr Right until you are much older...
