A sore (not that bad really.) red pimple-like bump, It's on the top just above the clitorous on the skin of the lip, I've had it for four days. It seems to be shrinking in size. Thanks for all those who answer.

could be a pimple could be herpes, keep a watch for any new ones closer to the lips.
