Corpus luteum cyst?

I know corpus luteum cysts can be painful, but where exactly does it hurt?

I realize it hurts in the pelvic area. :) I'm asking because I had one when I was pregnant with my first one (the cyst resolved itself) and I'm having a semi-sharp pain on my right side (far right), lower abdomen, right around the area of my right ovary. It hurts intermittantly, and I'm wondering if this is another cyst (think I may be pregnant, but it's too early to test). My older son is 3 now, and I've forgotten the pain! lol

it hurts in the same place where you get cramps before your period. (:
