I got my period a few days earlier than usual, what could that be from?!

I got my period a few days earlier than usual, what could that be from?
I have been on birth control for over 6 months now and have never had any problems in the past. I've always gotten my period same day, same time, every month. I have the usual signs...bloating, cramping, etc. Recently, I got my period and it's 2 days earlier than normal. I have not been off birth control at all and have not changed anything else. What does that mean? Is that normal?

Nothing wrong at all could be a number of things, diet ,stress etc etc etc your fine ,if it keeps coming early then maybe seek medical advice but to me nothing abnormal at all , mine sometimes does same for no apparent reason LOL ♥
