i have had this white stuff come out of my fanny but i have been told it cleans. it but i have to were a pad all the time because it comes out like i am on my period. even after i have a shower i put a clean pair of undies on and it is ruinded if i dont put a pad on it is driving me nuts. ui have had the impant since september

It's not implantation because if you have implantation you are pregnant and white doesnt come out..it's like a brownish or pinkish discharge that comes out. You may be suffering from an infection because like you said you are itching and yes if you have infection you have these white discharges that smell! If you masturbate and your hands are dirty..that is one cause of the infection! make sure everytime you touch your "fanny" as you quaint it, your hands should be clean because that area is very sensitive.

Drink lots of water and go see a doctor for medication.
