It's ok, but be prepared for worsened symptoms!
During sex all those LOVELY fluids and flora and fauna down there get pushed up your urethra. That alone could cause a UTI ( thats why girls should always pee afterwards ) so if you already have one, it'll get worse!
and you can't pass a UTI to your partner....
