i am 30 years old and have had my tubes tied. i have somewhat regular periods. i have most of the syptoms of a hormone imbalance. i have had my thyriod checked and it was fine. would it be a good idea to try over the counter hormone supplements? what would be the best one to use? i have went to the doctor and he told me it would cost 300$ for a hormone level test. i have no insurance and limited funds. any info would be helpful.
