Answers:

Our bodies are constantly renewing themselves. Very Cool! Our bodies are amazing! Sometimes there may be a pain as you grow, get older, reach to far, turn to fast or just randomly.

Your body will have occasional aches and pains, all of us do.

If your mind needs help determining which ones are occasional vs. worrisome then certainly speak with your doctor. If this "worrying" is something that you would rather not do, GREAT! There are lots of counselors and other people who can help you to learn new ways of thinking that can help you to feel more comfortable with yourself and your body.

I wish you the best of luck!
