During my ultra sound they found shortness of the umbilicord

it might mean that the baby won't have as much length to move around as it gets bigger. talk to your doctor. they may just want to keep you under closer observation. if it was something that they were worried about, or didn't think the baby would make it to term, they would have told you. just talk to them at the next appointment. they will be able to answer all of your questions.
