What is this i am not pregnant or never had sex today i had a sharp pain on the left side lower abdomen i felt like it was like a tube swelled up!! could this be ma ovaries?

It could be as simple as gas....it could be ovaries..some of us cramp a little before we get our lovely little monthly friend... if it doesn't go away I would suggest a doctor...Good Luck
