I have this rash????!

I have this rash????

I've went to several doctors, I've been told psoriasis lupos and all this other crap, can someone please help me?!?!?!?! I'm 17 years old and I cant even enjoy swimming because of this!!

I got it about 2 years ago, now I had started putting on weight around then, alot, about 60 lbs and I am on seroquel, does anyone have this or know what it is??!?!?! does anyone know anything that will get rid of it?!?!?! I have it on my stomach and my back.

what doesnt show in the picture is the blocthyness of it and it's very flakey.
