Does weight affect the size of a womans 'downstairs'>?!

Question:

Does weight affect the size of a womans 'downstairs'>?

My partner lost weight and she had to be RE measured for her contraceptive cap...the new cap was 2 inches smaller!

Answers:

Losing weight does change the proper size of the cap or diaphragm, because there is less adipose [ fat ] tissue in the abdomen and pelvis [ area inside, around vagina ]. You do not lose muscle mass in your vagina due to weight loss!
This will make the cap too 'loose' to fit properly, and can sneak some semen in.
