Is this Normal? (see details)?

Every time I have my period, I have to use diapers instead of pads. I am very embarassed to even say this, but no other sanitary napkins seem to work. I have tried tampons as well, but they cause me to cramp really bad, so I gave up on them. Is it normal for me to have to use diapers instead of contemporary sanitary napkins or should I see a doctor?

I assume that you need to use the diapers because the flow is so heavy. Heavy periods are normal for a lot of women, but they can also be signs of/cause problems, so you need to see a physician. Even if it just normal heavy periods (which is the most likely reason), you are going to need iron supplements, etc. to avoid getting anemic.
