My aint is ill?

hi, my aunt is very ill,,she had two kidneys,,she lost one, and the one she has left is ding very bad,,shes taking medecation for it,, and i dont know if she will live,,she lives in kurdistan(north iraq) i really want to bring her to the U.S. so she can get treatment or maybe get another kidney!!! how doi bring her here from Iraq!!! please help me

First of all honey I'm sorry about your aunt. It must be a tough thing to be going through. You should try and ask other family members and friends to put together enough money to send her over to the US.
