What if??!!?!

Question:

What if??!!?

Okay so... if you have your period and you have sex... is it possible for it to some how make it stop? If you didnt use a condom and didn't use the pull out method and not on birth control... could you get pregnant and that stop your period?! Just wondering because I have only had my period for two days and now it is not here anymore... when I usually have it for five days... it can be light but never like this.

My cycles are really really regular, i can count out the 28 days and either I get it that day or the next day and it is always here for four to five days. I am not really thinking I am pregnant but I just think it is weird how it stopped like that. I don't know what it could be, and if I ended up pregnant it wouldn't be a big deal because I have been with my boyfriend for over three years now and we live together and we are old enough to except our responisbilities, that is why we don't use anything, we aren't trying to provent it but we aren't exactly trying, if it happens then it was meant to happen, that is the way we are going about it right now. but it is just weird that out of no where it stopped, i hardly ever have sex on during this time so this isn't exactly what i expected to happen, just wondering if it is normal or if there could possibly be something wrong with me. could it be possible that it is like this because I am pregnant?! not just from now but from before?!!!

Answers:

how regular are your cycles? if you're fairly regular most people ovulate around 10-14 days after the first day of their period so it's pretty unlikely you would get pregnant from having sex during your period. However if they aren't regular you could ovulate at any time and you may not be protected. i would say it's unlikely but not impossible your period stopping is due to pregnancy, but do yourself a favor and get a test and go see your doc to get on some regular form of birth control or at least start using condoms regularly. hope that helps
