im a young teen, and noticed this .why?

Hormones. It's great huh? Try an anti-inflammatory like advil. it will help better then tylenol.
If it really bothers you, talk to your mom about birth control. It reduces a lot of the symptoms. If you aren't comfortable with that you can have your gyno talk to her or go to planned parenthood. There are a lot of girls on b.c. for many reasons that have nothing to do with sex.
