I have very heavy periods!!?

I'm 11when i 1st started they were light but as i kept coming on them they keep getting heavier it's like every 1hr i have to change

I remember when I first started having my period, it seemed to be quite heavy and I would often wonder if it was normal, but it will start to regulate as time goes on and will become more even. Over time you'll get to know your body and what it will normally go through from the month to month. If it continues and it becomes a concern though, discuss it with your physician or school nurse. Hang in there! It will get better!
