You are 12. You are nowhere NEAR finished growing, so don't be in such a hurry to grow up.
That said, massage promotes better circulation, which "may" make a (very slight) difference in breast size. However, only hormones can make breasts grow considerably. And your body will only produce these hormones when it's ready to.
