ok so last month i got my period around the 18 of may and i just got it this morning...june 25. Well on the 18 i had dark discharge for like 7 days not flowing....this morning i woke up and there was a lott of blood. Now i have changed my pad about 4 time in the last 2 hours is this normal...again this was like my first bloody period and i dont really know what to do. How long should it last??

i just wanted to know if this was normal...my pad keeps building up with blood.

when I first had my period i made the mistake of using a pad for light days. Check the pads make sure they are for heavy periods. Or try tampons they are much easier to work with and cleaner. It should last between 5 to 7 days average sometimes less or more. It will start out heavy and lighten up by weeks end.
