My mom had that done 35 years ago and STILL has hot flashes.

Here's what my doc recommended for me... STOPPED them in 3 days! I take 2 of these with dinner. I ran out for a few days...hot flashes came back! EKKK!! Started it again..they went away. You can get them locally...or they are cheapest here.

The other thing my doc recommended was Black Cohosh...course if your doc is a mainstream one...he will probably poo poo my suggestions because he can't make money off you if you aren't sick. :)
