What are the odds of getting pregant after switching from the Ortho patch to the pill?

I had been on the patch for a number of years and I just recently changed back to the pill because my new Dr. refuses to perscribe the patch and I am just wondering the odds of getting pregnat right now

I WOULD JUST BE CAREFUL THE FIRST MONTH, USE A BACK UP METHOD LIKE CONDOMS UNTIL THE PILL GETS IN YOUR SYSTEM, THEN IT SHOULD BE FINE!!
YOUR BODY HAS TO RE-ADJUST
