Swimm team for the ladiees?

i want to get into a sport and i thought swimming would be nice i am still irregular and nervous that my couch will ask why i am not at practice because i cant go swimming i am 13 and if i join a team will they go over what to do if you have your period during the practice date

You can wear a tampon and swim. If you have never worn a tampon before, get a small size (junior, light flow, etc) and practice a few times. It's ok if it's hard to get it in correctly the first time -- just keep practicing.
