I am on my period and its very irregular.?

I usually bleed heavily but right now its almost not there i started sat. as usuall but by now it should have been a little more there. Basically i am just spotting lightly. I have also been having sharp pains in my lower abdomen like my pants are too tight but they arent tight. I am just confused. been on the patch for almost 4 yrs. use it as directed.

You need to go see the prescriber of your patch. I thought patches were recalled.

Periods could change especially with birth control pills or patches, increasing your exercises routine, and stress.

Spotting and unusual pain especially when using above contraceptives would have me running to my gynecologist.
