Has anyone ever inserted a instead soft cup incorrectly and ended up passing out!

Has anyone ever inserted a instead soft cup incorrectly and ended up passing out after taking it out?
I know it sounds very odd but I think I restricted an artery or something because the minute it took it out I felt faint and shortly after passed out! Can anyone with medical experience answer this or has anyone else experienced this? I freaked out!!

Being a guy I can only guess what you are talking about. But, if it's something internal it doesn't have to be a blocked artery. If you hit internal nerve ... as in a catheter or something .... there isn't pain per se, but your body is stressed and your blood pressure can spike so fast you pass out or die. If you are otherwise healthy death is unlikely unless you do that all the time.
