i know nothing is 100% effective, but if i take my pill faithfully at the same time each day, used a condom which did not break, and used plan b within less than 12 hours, the likelyhood of me becoming pregnant should be very small correct? sorry, i'm a worrier.

I would say you should be okay. You took a lot more precautions than a lot of people do. I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. If you skip a period, make an appointment with your doctor. Don't freak out, Good Luck.
