Well I was the oldest of 2 girls and 2 boys so my brother would feel more comfortable asking me. He is now 17 but if you are comfortable and know the answer to his question just answer it remember to just give facts not your opinion. He obviously is more comfortable talking to you about it than anyone else or he wouldn't have come to you. If it makes you uncomfortable than you should have him talk to an older male in the family that you can trust or he can even talk to his DR. Hope that this helps
