i heard tthat when the girl is still a virgin..her vagina is small that she can barely put her finger in...and the guy's thing is ofcourse bigger than that...can aneone tell me how the process works on the first sex...can the guys actually put it in???

Yes, it is a little difficult (OK, it depends on the particular girl and boy), and it can hurt the girl (I've never heard a boy complaining that it hurt *him* so I guess it didn't). When the girl's hymen is penetrated, it may bleed. It again depends on the girl whether it will bleed only a little or not so little...
I hope I didn't scare you, because there's nothing to be afraid of. The only important thing is to do it with a boy you trust and love.
Your vagina might hurt several days after, but it will get better and soon you can enjoy whatever is waiting for you... :-)
