I have really excruciating pain in my back and my stomach, whats wrong with me?

i started yasmin for birth control about 3 months ago. i had heavy periods like 7 days long the past 2 months andthis tim ei t was lighter and lasted only 4 days, throughout it though ive been having bad pain in my back towards the middle and it helps if i rub it but aches all the time and my stomach has been killing me and i have yellow diarrhea. i thought it was getting better but it hurts right now as i type, it kind of feels like someone kicked me in the stomach and its hard to breathe it hurts so bad, so im worried and the doctor's nurse said shell have her call me tomorrow, but i dotn know if i can wait that long, anyone have any ideaS?

That is not the kind of question to ask here. Call the Dr. back and tell them it is an emergency and you need to be seen right away or go to the ER.
