im nearly 15 and barely a 34A!all my friends have boobs but i don't!have i stopped growing or am i just a late developer???

I was exactly the same. I used to wear padded bras as people called me surfboard. When I was about 23 I started to gain a bit of weight and have now filled out in all the lady areas. I am not fat, but I am not rake thin. I now look at my friends who developed bigger boobs earlier than me and they are more saggy than mine... look on the bright side; the longer you wait the nicer they are going to look when you realy want to show them off (when your in your 20's & 30's).
Remember you are very normal... people develop at different rates.
