and hav also heard tht if it breaks it could be too painfull for tht girl and could loose blood...

This "seal" is thin membrane of skin called the hymen. If it breaks during sex you wont be able to feel it, but there will be bleeding. You'll feel some pain because the vaginal muscle hasn't been stretched that far before to give entry to a man's penis.
