Is anyone using compounding cream for menopause, and if so what has been your personal experience to date.?
I'm interested in hearing from people who have used this cream over a period of time and to hear if there have been significant results.
Answers:
I use a bioidentical hormone cream. However, I use an OTC cream, not a compounded one. Compounded creams tend to be too strong, with too much hormone in them. They also tend to be much more expensive!
Progesterone has made all the difference in the world for me. I no longer feel like I'm going crazy, no hot flashes, no more night sweats, no more brain fog. This stuff is amazing!
If you choose to go with an OTC cream, beware... not all creams are equal! Some on the market are nothing more than glorified lotions.
