Taking Norethisterone?!

Taking Norethisterone?
My doctor has given me Norethisterone to delay my period while im on holiday. I should start taking it in a couple of days, but before my period i get really moody and then go back to normal when i get my period, if i start taking the Norethisterone will i be moody until i get my period or will i stop being moody when i start taking it.
Hopefully that makes sense, also did anyone gain weight or get bloated when they used it.
