What could be the problem...15+ days my period has been on?
my period came on on june 9th and it is still here. i haven't had any light days sine the first day it came on. i have been through 3 bags of pads and half box of tampons. what could be the problem? this happend in january and february both with a 12 and 14 day period. called dr office and can't get in until mid july. should i go to the emergency room? i get back pain and leg cramps when my period is on, dr gave me 800MG ibuprofen for the pain which i take once a day on days when in pain.
need advice quick.

I don't want to scare you but you should see a GYN ASAP, call your doctor back and see if they can bump you in, if not see if you can get in somewhere else. Bleeding like that is obviously not normal, and it could be a cyst (not necessarily cancerous, so don't freak). Good Luck, feel better.
