Cramping after ovulating...whats the deal?
I can't recall any time in the past having light cramping after ovulation, until right now. I track my ovulating using an OPK.. I ovulated on the 19th and 20th and I could feel light cramping during ovulation which is expected, but not a few days afterwards..... why do you think that is?
Answers:
Sometimes the cramping afterward can still be part of something called mitzelschmertz (another name for pain that occurs before the period).
I would recommend checking with your dr as well to see what they say.
